Returns and refunds

Because catalog items are research-use materials, returns require support review before anything is shipped back or discarded.

Returns and refunds guidance for Peptides Research orders, including damaged shipments, incorrect items, unopened materials, and support review.

Start with support review

Contact support with the order reference, compound name, batch number, and a clear description of the issue. Do not return materials without confirmation and instructions.

  • Support may request photos of labels, seals, packaging, or transit damage.
  • Keep all packaging and documentation until the case is closed.
  • Return eligibility depends on condition, chain-of-custody, and the type of issue.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order record, support will review the shipment details and determine the next step.

  • Report visible damage promptly after delivery.
  • Do not use or alter materials that are part of a support case.
  • Resolution may include replacement, documentation correction, refund review, or other support action.

Opened or temperature-compromised materials

Opened, reconstituted, used, altered, or temperature-compromised research materials generally cannot be returned for resale or restocking.

  • Do not dispose of materials involved in a claim until support has reviewed the issue.
  • Follow internal lab safety and disposal procedures when instructed to discard materials.
  • Refund review does not change the research-use-only restrictions.

Research-use restriction

Returns and refunds are handled as laboratory supply support matters. No policy content should be interpreted as a recommendation for human or animal use.
